Premium Subscription Help

Starting Your Free Trial

How to start your 7-day free trial:

  1. Tap on any premium feature (marked with a lock icon or crown)
  2. Review the premium features and pricing
  3. Tap "Start Free Trial"
  4. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
  5. Enjoy full access to all premium features for 7 days

Note: You won't be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open iOS Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "Built Premium" in the list
  5. Tap to view details, cancel, or modify

Note: Cancelling stops future charges but you keep premium access until the end of your billing period.

Requesting a Refund

If you need a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Built Premium subscription
  4. Select "Report a Problem"
  5. Choose your reason and submit

Note: Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

Common account problems:

Profile Management

To update your profile:

  1. Go to Profile tab
  2. Tap "Edit Profile"
  3. Update your display name, username, bio, or avatar
  4. Tap "Save"

Your profile information is visible to other users in the community.

Data Export

Want to export your workout history? Email us at builtfitnessapp@gmail.com and we'll help you get your data in a usable format.

Delete Account

You can delete your account anytime through the app:

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Scroll down to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Note: This permanently deletes all your workout data, posts, and social interactions. This cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately in iOS Settings.

  2. Select "Report Post"
  3. Choose the reason for reporting

Anatomy-Based Exercise Picker (Premium)

How to use the anatomy picker:

  1. During a workout, tap "Add Exercise"
  2. Switch to the "Anatomy" tab
  3. Tap on any muscle group on the 3D model
  4. View exercises that target that muscle
  5. Select an exercise to add to your workout

Note: This feature requires an active premium subscription.

App Crashes or Freezes

Quick fixes:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update to the latest app version
  4. Free up device storage space
  5. Check for iOS updates
